Who We Treat
Adapt Therapy provides pediatric therapy services for children and young adults ages 0–21.
We work with children with a wide range of developmental, sensory, motor, behavioral, and functional needs. Our therapists take an individualized approach to understanding what is making everyday activities, learning, participation, or independence more difficult—and build treatment around those specific needs.

What Happens After You Send a Referral?
We make the process straightforward.
1. Send the Referral
Providers can send referrals by fax or email using the contact information below.
2. Our Team Reviews the Referral
We review the provider information, insurance information, and referral details to determine eligibility and the best path for services at Adapt Therapy. If insurance coverage is not available, we can also discuss private-pay options with the family.
3. We Contact the Family Within 48 Hours
Once the referral is received, our team will reach out to the parent or caregiver within 48 hours (during the business week) to discuss the child's therapy needs, answer questions, review next steps, and begin scheduling.
4. We Schedule the Evaluation
Our goal is to move from referral to evaluation as efficiently as possible. In many cases, children can be seen for their initial evaluation within less than 1 week, depending on family and therapist availability.
5. Therapy Begins
Following the evaluation, we determine the best time for the family and our staff to begin ongoing treatment. Frequency and length of the session are determined at the completion of the evaluation and vary by patient.
