Adapt Therapy was started by two therapists who want to make a positive impact and give back to the community they grew up in. These therapists and their team provide exceptional therapy services and are a valuable resource for families.

Adapt Therapy is passionate about providing opportunities for growth through functional exploration and play in your natural environment. Through play and exploration, your child will be able to learn adapted responses that promote functional independence and self-confidence to give them the ability to adapt to any setting.

OUR TEAM

JARED PURVIS
OTR/L, CAS, Owner / Founder

Jared is an Idaho native and proud of it. He has lived in 3 other states and even another country (Peru) where he became fluent in Spanish, but nothing compares to the Treasure Valley.

Jared graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia with an M.S. in Occupational Therapy in 2016. He has worked mainly with the pediatric population and has specialty experience with Vision Therapy, Visual and Cognitive Processing Therapy, Sensory Processing and Integration, and Traumatic Brain Injury Rehabilitation.

Jared loves spending time with his wife and 4 beautiful daughters, running, playing basketball, Spikeball, the drums, and board games. 

Occupational Therapy Assistants

BEKAH GIFFEN, COTA/L
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSIst.

Bekah is a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant with over two years of experience working exclusively in the pediatric setting. She earned her Associate of Applied Science from the College of Western Idaho and is passionate about helping children grow, build confidence, and reach their goals through a fun, play-based approach.

Outside of the clinic, Bekah enjoys staying active at the gym, playing volleyball, and spending quality time with friends. She loves bringing her positive energy and genuine passion for helping children into everything she does!

CHARLEE MUELLER, COTA/L
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSIst. 

Charlee is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant who earned her Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy Assisting from the College of Western Idaho. A recent graduate, she is excited to begin her career supporting children and families through pediatric occupational therapy.
​Originally from Salt Lake City, Utah, Charlee has called Idaho home for the past 13 years. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys college and NFL football, video games, and spending time outdoors—including walking the Greenbelt, golfing, and playing disc golf. She is excited to be part of the Adapt Therapy team and looks forward to helping children build confidence and independence through therapy.

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGISTS

Kymber Broadhead, MA, CCC-SLP
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

​Kymber was born and raised in Meridian, Idaho. 
After graduating with her Masters in 2019, she moved to North Carolina where she worked at an outpatient clinic and an inpatient rehab hospital. She was happy to return home to Meridian in 2021. 

Kymber attended Utah State University in Logan, UT for both her Undergraduate and Masters Degrees. She completed additional courses during school for an emphasis in Listening and Spoken Language. 

She enjoys going for long walks in nature, reading, playing pickleball and volleyball and spending time with family and friends. 

She loves working with children and being a part of a collaborative team to provide services. She has experience working with a team to treat speech sound disorders associated with Cleft Lip/Palate.

Some of her favorite areas of speech language pathology are treating speech sound disorders, Cleft Palate speech, Childhood Apraxia of Speech and working with Assistive and Augmentative Communication (AAC) devices. 

ADMINISTRATION

MEADOW JOHNSON
​BILLING & INSURANCE COORDINATOR

Meadow brings a unique combination of experience in child development, pediatric settings, insurance, and medical billing to her role as Adapt Therapy’s Billing & Insurance Coordinator. After graduating high school early, she pursued her passion for working with children through the IdahoSTARS Child Development Program and earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential through the College of Western Idaho. Her early experience included working as a teacher assistant and newborn hospital photographer before transitioning into the insurance and billing field, where she gained three years of experience.

Meadow especially enjoys the “puzzle” of insurance and billing and helping families navigate questions or challenges along the way. Her background working with children has also given her a deep appreciation for the milestones, confidence, and progress children achieve throughout their development. She loves being able to support families behind the scenes and play a part in helping children succeed.


Born and raised in Idaho, Meadow has called the state home her entire life. Outside of Adapt Therapy, she enjoys being a mom to her two little girls, photography, doing puzzles, and traveling with her husband.

NAOMI WAGNER
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Naomi was born and raised in San Diego and made the move to Boise, Idaho in August 2024 with her boyfriend. She received a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Grand Canyon University. 

At heart, she is a homebody and an introvert who enjoys cozy nights in playing video games with friends and her boyfriend. She also loves cooking, reading thrillers, and hosting board game-style party nights.

She is a proud dog mom to an 11-year-old pup who’s like her baby. While she enjoys quiet time at home, she also loves adventures, like road trips and discovering new places! She loves comedy is currently studying Korean to reconnect with her heritage and family roots after visiting Korea and Japan recently. She has since developed a deep appreciation for East Asian cultural arts. ​
