WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
You’re most likely on this page for one of two reasons:
1.) You’re a recent graduate (Congratulations!) looking for your first position right out of school, or
2.) You’re tired of being overworked, underpaid, not appreciated or validated for all that you bring to the table, and are looking for a change. If that is the case, then you came to the right place.
Adapt Therapy is not your typical outpatient pediatric clinic for three main reasons:
Adapt Therapy was started by 2 therapists who saw a need for a change in the therapy culture. Therapists far too often experience burnout by overloaded schedules, productivity requirements, empty promises, and unrealistic expectations placed on them. They feel like just another cog in the wheel and not valued for all that they bring to the table.
The Adapt Therapy difference is that we are not about the bottom line. We know just how valuable of an asset you are as a clinician and the incredible impact you have on shaping the future of countless children and their families. That is something to be very proud of and you deserve to be treated appropriately for that. That being said, we have very high standards for our team members, yet our expectations are realistic and feasible.

We are looking for individuals who are problem solvers, innovators, adapt to their surroundings and circumstances, and are flexible. We want individuals that aren’t afraid of a new challenge or setting sail into uncharted waters. We are looking for people who demonstrate beneficence for the children and the families that they interact with. We are looking for strong communicators, people that thrive in social situations, and are exceptional at making connections. We are looking for people that are positive, take charge, and work incredibly well independently as well as part of a cohesive team. We want people that understand the importance of life balance and demonstrate said quality on a regular basis.
