VIRTUAL OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY EVALUATION
Adapt Therapy provides virtual occupational therapy evaluations to help you:
A) Determine if additional occupational therapy is beneficial for your child AND/OR
B) Provide you with treatment plans and resources to address your child's needs while you wait for future OT
The occupational therapists at Adapt Therapy have extensive experience in evaluating and treating pediatric-aged children for a variety of challenges and diagnosis's. With a formal occupational therapy evaluation (done virtually), you can learn if:
- Your child should be evaluated for a formal diagnosis
- Financial resources available for your child when it comes to therapies and treatment
- Treatment recommendations & exercises for your child
- Additional recommendations by licensed therapists that can help your child immediately overcome struggles and challenges

WHAT DOES A VIRTUAL OT EVALUATION LOOK LIKE?
When you sign up for virtual occupational therapy evaluation with Adapt Therapy, you will be sent digital intake forms via email that includes age-appropriate testing and questionnaires for the parent or caregiver to complete. A privacy-protected portal for returning said forms will be provided.
After your intake is received, a therapist will review all of the testing, score it, and access your child based on the results. They will then schedule a call with you to review your intake and obtain additional information about your child.
After your consultation with a therapist, they will provide a one-time evaluation report and home exercise list for you to use at your disposal.
Additionally follow up calls with your therapist can be scheduled at any time (billed hourly).

HOW MUCH DOES A VIRTUAL OT CONSULT COST?
Virtual OT consultations are not billed through insurances and cost a one time fee of $200.00. Payment must be received before intake paperwork is sent over.
Additionally follow up calls with your therapist are billed hourly at $50.00 per hour.
All billing and payments are sent via email through Fusion (OT payment processor.)
